I'm happy to report that spring is in the air in Montreal!
Whew, we somehow survived another Canadian winter! Actually,
it's been a pretty easy winter here overall. Not too much
snow and no long drawn-out cold snaps. This, in spite of
the usual doom-and-gloom self-appointed weather pundits
that had predicted a much harsher winter than we had.
I hope I'm not speaking too soon though. One of our famous
"spring snowstorms" is always possible between now and
mid-April. (I'll let you know next month).
This month's blog post is an article that I wrote recently
for my main writing help website. A lot of people come to my
sites looking for info on how to write proposals for a wide
variety of situations. So, having both written and evaluated
many proposals over the years, I assembled my top tips here.
